1. Background: -
Nepal is a one of the developing country of the south Asian continent; lacks of education lack of child right awareness, lack of health and sanitation awareness, are playing a vital role to identify this landlocked country as developing country.
Most of the children and women in a developing country like, Nepal are enduring deprivation of the basic rights; right of survival, protection, development and participation. Many of the children of rural areas like remote VDC's of Makawanpur district are being trafficked to the nearby cities and to the circus of our neighboring country. Gender discrimination is wide spread in the society, which is reflected by the endurance of girls and women, who have to bear more work load with minimum enjoyment of their rights. Consequently most of the children of the rural areas have to give up their education, only in primary level. Because of poor financial status of the family: More over girls are forced for early child hood marriage. Extreme poverty prevails in the society and children are compelled to deprive the enjoy of childhood life. They have to work as child labor for the subsistence of their family, which leads to loosing the opportunity of education and development.
Existence of problem of dowry domestics violence thereby abuse of child right in the society making lives of children more dramatic. Besides the poor infrastructure the school where they study have insufficient place, furniture and fixtures and their some cases children have to study under the shade of tree.

2. VMGO of The Organization:
Vision:
Conscious and well-managed society caring for the creation of opportunity for child development, and child rights awareness, better education of protecting child rights for the well being of life.

Mission:
Resource identification, mobilization and management for the well being of children.
Literate society with fully educated children and self-conscious children for their right protection.
Development of self-aware children for the development of conscious society.
· Developing capable citizen for the nation, who can lead the nation towards the bright future.

Development of conscious and capable human resources, through the child participation
To empower child community and aware them for their rights protection and responsibility
Promotion of social entrepreneurship
Developing leaders for nations
Strengthening the child community
Development of child education, protection of child and women rights.
Health, sanitation and environment conscious society development.
Developing network, with like-minded organization working for child and women rights.

Objectives:
Ameliorate education condition and to protect the right of child and women.
Raising awareness regarding health, sanitation and environment preservation, through research, training and other activities.
To facilitate the establishment of peaceful society.

Current activities of organization:

Currently organization is working for the project being funded by plan Nepal, the project work is about "Child club Strengthening Programme" over the 17 VDC's of Makawanpur district. This programme various programme of the year 2004/05 to strengthen the child club, which are mentioned as bellows:

Previous Activities of organization:

As a child and woman focused, humanitarian, non-religious and non-political NGO Hoste Hainse started to work for child from the very beginning of its establishment period. After the establishment in the year 2001/02/24 named as Hoste Hainse Group, registered in District Administration office Makawanpur (671/057) and Social Welfare Council (12816/058), this small organization is working for the welfare of children's of Makawanpur district,
At present Hoste Hainse is principally working for the children with the age bar of 18 yrs or less than 18 yrs, both school and non-school children.
But in the early period of existence it was able to worked for, awareness of child right and education, leading to the facilitation of the establishment of the peaceful society over the Makawanpur district in association with Plan Nepal, Makawanpur.

Although this organization was formed with the broad objective, but in the initial period it involve itself to work for Children of the same district. First child related programme was conducted in the year 2001,April in which more than 15 child related activities were conducted, which include Literature activities, Cultural activities, Art and Craft, Sports. In this first programme 160 numbers of residential participants (school students) were actively involved, and this programme was continued for 3 days. To conduct this programme one of the remote V.D.C, Markhu of Makawanpur district was selected, and the similar type of programme was also conducted in the year 2002 in the assistance of Plan Nepal, Makawanpur.
Other activities conducted in the preceding years under the financial assistance of Plan Nepal are as follows:

1. Distribution of Office Stationery, Sports items, Musical instruments, Wall magazines publication materials for the smooth operation of all child clubs, and this programme was conducted in the annual basics.
2. Distribution of Child magazines and literary books for the children of 180 schools of Makawanpur district in the year 2002.
3. Formation and Reformation of new and existing child clubs respectively, after orientation and facilitation in the year 2003 to till now.
4. Registration of existing 52 child clubs in District Child welfare committee, Makawanpur in the year 2004.
5. Child club management training to the two executive members of 51 child clubs in the year 2004.
6. Distribution of Steel cupboard for the 17-child club working actively in the year 2004.
7. Publication and distribution of Directory of Child club operation for District Child welfare committee, in the year 2004.
8. Hoste Hainse Group (HHG) was conducted in 17 VDCs of Makawanpur ‘Child Club Strengthening Program’ in 2004/05
9. HHG was conducted in 19 VDCs of Makawanpur ‘Integrated child right awareness program’ in 2005/06
10. HHG was conducted the ‘Research on availability and potentiality of industrial raw materials In Makawanpur’ in 2005/06
11. HHG was conducted in Makawanpur ‘‘Conservation Education For Schools Through ECO Clubs’ ’ in 2006/07
12. HHG was conducted in 22 VDCs of Makawanpur ‘Child Clubs Strengthening And Formation Programme’ in 2006/07
13. HHG was conducted in 3 VDCs of Makawanpur ‘Education for All Program’ in 2006/07
13. HHG was conducted in 29 VDCs of Makawanpur ‘Strengthening and Institutional Development of Child Clubs Program’ in 2007/08

To this date Hoste Hainse group is directly linked with 111 Child clubs of various 29 VDCs' and Hetauda Municipality of Makawanpur district (Markhu, Phakhel, Sisneri, Kulekhani, Tistung, Bhimphedi, Nibuatar, Kogate, Budichour, Ipa panchkanya, Bhainse, Aambhangyang, Sukaura, Thingan, Makawanpur Gadi, Churiyamai, Padampokhari, Chitlang, Bajrabarahi, Aagra, Gogane, Basamadi, Hadikhola, Manahari, Sariket, Rakshirang, Hatiya and Harnamadhi)
Executive members of this organization are actively involved in the Child club formation and reformation, Maintaining the organizational structure of child clubs, distribution of office stationery, sports materials, musical instruments, wall magazine publication materials, child literary books steel cup boards and other essential material for the operation of child clubs.
In the regular interval of time Manpower and trainees are being hired to facilitate the members of child clubs with the: Child club management Training and strengthening the child club.
